Surrounding Area of the Complex The duplex apartment is situated in attractive grounds surrounded by shrubs, plants and rose bushes. There is a variety of properties all different but which compliment each other on this complex. There is a mix of nationalities who rent properties here and also there are permanent residents which give a cosmopolitan feel, everyone is extremely friendly. There is a small grocery shop on the site very close to the duplex selling all your basic items, tea, coffee, milk, bread etc., which is extremely useful. On leaving the complex which is a 5 minute walk you come straight onto the high street of Ozdere where you will find an abundant of stores, restaurants, bars, jewellery and leather shops etc. Everything is right on your door step including the local transport and dolmus, car hire etc.
Our property managers in Ozdere can on your behalf, organise airport transfers for you at a reasonable cost to which you pay direct to them, if you wish. If you require apartment cleaning or washing of linen and towels during your stay the will be more than happy to do this at an extra charge. There is a washing machine and clothes-horse/dryer provided in the apartment for your use during your stay. There is also cleaning equipment provided. |

Hallway – Lower Floor On entering the apartment you are greeted by the elegant stone/ceramic flooring which is throughout the apartment. Attractive Turkish style light fittings are throughout the apartment which gives a traditional feel. There is a very attractive staircase leading to the upper level of this duplex finished in eye-catching and decorative black wrought iron which compliments the cream/yellow walls. The stairs are finished in marble with an attractive glass window leading up the stairs which give an airy feel due to the natural daylight. At the bottom of the stairs is where the energy saver key is inserted and this will be with your keys. We ask guests to ensure they look after the keys and always remove on leaving the apartment, the fridge freezer will remain on when saver key is removed. There is a small landing on the upper level which is ideal for storage space, especially for those suite cases/buggies etc. Lower floor Cloak/Utility Room The downstairs cloak room is fully tiled in beautiful cream and brown tiles with an attractive Aztec design. The WC is very stylish which is raised from the floor and a stylish sink basin with a modern European touch. A washing machine is provided for your use. The floor has tasteful ceramic tiles which keep the room cool and are easy to clean.

Bedroom 1 comprises of twin beds, bedside cabinet with table lamp and wardrobe. Bedrooms have been tastefully decorated to a high standard in an attractive cream and blue decor. There is a beautiful ceramic tile floor which keeps the room cool and is easy to clean, double glazed UPVC windows and attractive finishing touches. Two sets of bed linen are provided for your use. The bedroom is fully air conditioned with individual remote controls. Bedroom 2 - Lower floor Bedroom 2 comprises of twin beds, bedside cabinet with table lamp and wardrobe. Lounge Dining Room – Lower Floor On entering the apartment you walk through a stylish hallway with attractive ceramic flooring which leads into the lounge. The lounge has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and comprise of beautiful ceramic floors, leading into the lounge from the hallway. There are two double glazed UPVC windows, a beautiful stylish wooden dining table with six metal/leather effect chairs in cream. There are two beautiful large sofas which are finished in a very attractive green and cream, one converting into a spacious double sofa bed. There is a TV and satellite for your enjoyment. Cream voile curtains decorate the windows and the room has a tasteful décor following the Turkish theme which can be seen throughout the apartment. The lounge has a decorative plaster moulded archway with spotlights which lead into the kitchen. The lounge area is fully air conditioned with individual remote controls . There is a modern kitchen leading from the decorative arch from the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with attractive cupboards and granite worktops with an elegant finish; the sink has modern chrome mixer taps. Beautiful ceramic flooring follows on from the lounge into the kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, full cooker and oven with extractor fan above. The cooker hob is gas which is provided by a gas bottle that can be found inside the cupboard next to the cooker. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay including, kettle, cutlery, plates, cups, saucepans, bin, cleaning equipment etc. The oven is electric and easy to operate. The kitchen has patio doors leading onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views to the side. |

The bedroom is fully air conditioned with individual remote controls. Bedroom 4 - Upper floor Bedroom 4, this bedroom leads out onto the beautiful roof/sun terrace. The room has a large sofa bed in order for you to enjoy this room as a seating area as well as a bedroom if the apartment is not fully occupied. The room is cool and instead of air conditioning there is a large stand-up multi-speed electric fan. There are patio doors leading out from this room onto the terrace which have voiles for your privacy. This beautifully tiled shower room has again been decorated in very tasteful brown and cream tiles. There is a large shower, modern stylish European WC and a beautifully integrated sink/storage unit, complete with large mirror and spotlights, side cupboards, a large cupboard under the sink and beautiful marble top. There is ample storage space. Towels are provided which can be found in the storage cupboard under the sink unit in this beautiful bathroom. The hot water is provided by an electric storage heater thus providing hot water all year round even on the rare cloudy day! This can be accessed through the patio doors leading from the 4th bedroom. It is a very large and impressive sun terrace which has been finished to a high standard with luxurious stone tile flooring, attractive white-washed columned walls with decorative black lanterns on each corner which are very pretty at night when lit and give subtle and elegant mood lighting. It boasts a sea view of Ozdere bay and the town of Ozdere to the front of the terrace and to the side and rear there are stunning mountain views which are beautiful. It is a wonderful place to sit and sun bath, have a relaxing drink and watch the world go by, it is extremely peaceful. Patio furniture is provided. There is a magnificent stone barbecue with ample storage space and a sink with running water. Just perfect for that lovely barbecue where you can eat alfresco and enjoy the weather or at night in the warm breeze relaxing with family or friends and watch the sunset! It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your well deserved holiday. |
